In 2021, the Loudoun County school board passed Access Policy 8040, which allows “transgender” and “nonbinary” students to use bathrooms and locker rooms that align with their “gender identity.” Parents stormed the Loudoun County board room after learning district officials covered up one sexual assault by transferring the "gender fluid" perpetrator to another high school where he raped a second victim. The 15-year-old male student was found guilty of sexual battery, abduction and two counts of sodomy. To date, Policy 8040 has not been repealed.School Board Integrity Project
RPR’s School Board Integrity Project (“SBIP”) is our investigative resource for K-12 families and school employees. Every community member plays a role in ensuring district leaders keep students safe, focus on academic outcomes, and prioritize parental rights in education.
Our mission is to spread truth and advocate for excellence in K-12 schools. We envision every K-12 family engaged in their children’s academic experiences. We exist to increase community awareness and accountability in K-12 learning environments.
Mission, Vision & Purpose
When community members contact SBIP, one or more of the following steps will be initiated:
RESEARCH district policies and practices
INVESTIGATE incidents or situations by requesting public records, conducting interviews, and consulting multiple sources
PUBLICIZE pertinent issues to raise local community and national awareness
MONITOR school district resolution progress
